Custom & Personalization Policy
For standard personalized items (like adding a name or family title), production begins immediately based on the details you provide—no proof will be sent. For fully custom designs, a digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins.
Moniker & Boon is not responsible for errors in personalization provided by the customer (such as spelling mistakes or incorrect details). Please verify all information carefully before placing your order.

- Order Form Completion: Complete our order form with all required personalization details.
- Proof Approval: For custom designs beyond standard personalization, we’ll send a digital proof for your approval before production.
- Final Sale: Once a proof is approved, all sales are final. We cannot make changes or accept returns after approval.

- Partial Payment Before Proof: A partial payment is required before a digital proof is created.
- Full Payment Before Production: The remaining balance must be paid once the proof is approved. Production begins only after full payment is received.
